- Add pre-defined and searchable classification tags per file or folder. Any file placed into a classified folder automatically inherits the classification tag of the folder if set.
- Lock files and folders to avoid users making changes to a file until it is unlocked. Sharing and viewing of a locked file is permitted.
- Users can check out a file or folder. Check out downloads a copy for the user, but prevents others from uploading new versions or making changes until the file or folder is checked back in. Sharing and viewing of a checked out file is permitted.

View and Editable file types: doc, docx, ppt, pptx, rtf, xls, xlsx
View only file types: bmp, cf2, csv, dng, dwg, gif, hpg, igs, jp2, jpeg, jpg, odp, ods, odt, pdf, plt, png, svg, tif, tiff, txt, and webp

Changing the frequency for notification emails from The Community takes just seconds and you can customize these notifications to fit your needs.
First, click on your account in the upper right corner. On the left, select Emails and Notifications. Toggle each type of notification to the setting you would prefer.
