What's New January 2021!
- Add pre-defined and searchable classification tags per file or folder. Any file placed into a classified folder automatically inherits the classification tag of the folder if set.
- Lock files and folders to avoid users making changes to a file until it is unlocked. Sharing and viewing of a locked file is permitted.
- Users can check out a file or folder. Check out downloads a copy for the user, but prevents others from uploading new versions or making changes until the file or folder is checked back in. Sharing and viewing of a checked out file is permitted.
