How to Add Signature Support to an existing Simple Approval Content Rule: Steps

Update a Content Rule type to “Simple Approval” so the rule can require a signature when the user approves the task.

To the right of the content rule, select View. 

  1. Select the pencil icon to edit the content rule.
  2. Once in the Content Rule widget, proceed to the step Tasked To. In this menu, select Yes for Signature Required.
  3. Select User(s) to assign as Reviewers.
