Sharing files could not be easier using DocuShare Go. Locate the file or folder you would like to share and click on the Context Menu to the right of the file name, then select Share.
Once in the Share screen, under the 'Share with specific users and groups' select Add to:
- Add a user, group, or email.
- Assign either Viewer or Editor permissions.
Include a message and or set an expiration date for the file if you choose.
The user or group will be sent an automated email message letting them know you have shared a file or folder with them.
Under 'Share Publicly with Link', click Add to create publicly accessible links to share with users outside of DocuShare Go.
